Could This Be Meghan Markles Wedding Gown?

It’s official. The date for the royal wedding of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle has been selected, and it will happen May 19, 2018.  That means all the wedding planning has started, and we couldn’t be more excited to follow along!

First things first…the wedding dress must be selected. Rumor has it that Meghan Markle and the Royal Family requested for designer Inbal Dror to draw sketches of potential bridal gowns. Of course, Miss Dror came back with 3 fabulous sketches and we are so excited to share them with you:

Inbal Dror Sketch #1

The first sketch is elegant yet sexy. This would be more of a non-traditional choice for a royal wedding gown. It has a high neck accompanied by a low-cut lace top. The shoulders have a bit of a poof, and the sleeves have delicate lace hanging from them. The gown is figure fitting and will be sure to hug all of Meghan’s curve in the right places. At the bottom of the gown, you will find ruffles. Dror chose to pair this gown with a hat rather than a veil or tiara.

Inbal Dror Sketch #2

The second sketch seems to be the back of the first dress above. Dror has sketched the dress to have intricate detailing of the same lace. The train would be made with lace and ruffles.

Inbal Dror Sketch #3

Sketch #3 is what would be considered the more traditional gown for a royal wedding. You will also find lace and ruffles on this gown in almost identical places. The skirt is pleated and flowy, rather than form fitting like the one above. Dror chose to pair this gown with a classic tiara.

Sketch #1 (2)

I don’t know about you guys but we are here for these gown designs. Of course, we likely won’t know which gown Meghan goes with until the day of the wedding (if she chooses either), but the anticipation is fo sure setting in for us.  Which one do you guys like better? Comment below, with your thoughts on the gowns! We would love to know what you think.
